About our Nursery Join our friendly team at Busy Bees in Harlow, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 105 children. Our longstanding staff is dedicated to providing quality childcare in a nurturing environment, and were excited to welcome new team members as we continue to grow. Located in a business park, we offer free parking for our staff, making it convenient to access our nursery. Enjoy flexible shifts and staff lunch two days a week, enhancing your work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families. Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments. Required Qualifications:

What Were Looking For:

Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare. Experience working with children under 5. Empathy and understanding

each child is unique. Strong communication and organisational skills. You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as anEarly Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
