Community Chemotherapy NurseWiltshire | Up to £44,500 + Company Car or £4,887 Car Allowance | Monday-Friday | Full TimeLooking for more time with your patients and less time rushing between them?If you're an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse, Oncology Nurse or SACT Nurse looking for a role that offers genuine autonomy, better work-life balance and the opportunity to deliver truly personalised care, this could be exactly what you're looking for.I'm recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering life-changing cancer treatment directly in patients' homes across Wiltshire.This is a rewarding community-based role where you'll build lasting relationships with your patients, manage your own daily workload and deliver specialist oncology and haematology treatments in an environment where patients are often at their most comfortable.What's on Offer? Salary up to £44,500Company car or £4,887.50 car allowanceMonday-Friday working patternNo night shiftsNMC registration paidPrivate medical insurance (after qualifying period)Pension schemeLife assuranceStructured induction and ongoing clinical developmentExcellent clinical support and governanceThe Role:As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you'll work independently across Wiltshire while remaining fully supported by an experienced clinical team.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) and chemotherapy treatments within patients' homesAdministering treatment to oncology and haematology patients safely and in line with national guidelinesCompleting holistic clinical assessments before every treatmentCannulation, venepuncture and vascular access managementMonitoring patients throughout treatment and responding appropriately to any adverse reactionsMaintaining accurate electronic patient records and documentationProviding education, reassurance and ongoing support to patients and their familiesWorking collaboratively with hospitals, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding continuity of careAbout You:You'll be a confident clinician who enjoys working autonomously while putting patient care at the heart of everything you do.You'll have:Active NMC registration (Adult Nurse/RGN)Experience delivering chemotherapy or SACT treatmentsCompetency in the administration of cytotoxic drugsStrong cannulation and venous access skillsExcellent communication and assessment skillsA full UK driving licenceWhy This Role?Many nurses move into community chemotherapy because it allows them to spend more meaningful time with patients, work more independently and make a genuine difference every single day.Instead of feeling rushed from bed to bed, you'll have the opportunity to build real relationships, deliver exceptional care and see first-hand the positive impact you make on people's lives.If you're an experienced Chemotherapy Nurse, Community Chemotherapy Nurse, Oncology Nurse, SACT Nurse or Haematology Nurse, I'd love to tell you more. xwwtmva Apply today or contact Sam at Leaders in Care on for a confidential chat.Ref: LICSF
