Lead Exceptional Care. Develop Outstanding Teams. Shape the Future of Clinical Services.
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife leader looking for an opportunity to influence clinical excellence, develop high-performing teams and make a meaningful impact on patient care? At MSI UK, we're looking for a passionate and inspiring Clinical Services Matron to lead our established clinical team in Oxford and support service delivery across Reading and Chesham.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-supported, values-driven organisation where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping clinical standards, enhancing client experience, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. If you're looking for a leadership role that combines strategic influence, operational collaboration and hands-on clinical leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

Why This Role Stands Out
As Clinical Services Matron, you'll be joining a mature and established service with a strong clinical infrastructure already in place. You'll be supported by experienced clinical leaders, including Clinical Team Leaders, Professional Development and Safeguarding Leads, enabling you to focus on what you do best: developing people, improving services and delivering exceptional care.

What We're Looking For
Essential
  • Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration
  • Previous people management and clinical leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety
  • Experience leading and developing healthcare teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham

You'll particularly stand out if you have experience in Women's Health, Gynaecology or Reproductive Healthcare, have led teams across multiple sites, and can demonstrate a track record of driving service improvements.

Develop Your Leadership Career
Whether you're already working in a Matron role or looking to step into a broader leadership position, you'll have access to ongoing development opportunities, leadership support and the chance to contribute to strategic service improvements across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your management, governance and operational leadership experience within a nationally recognised healthcare organisation. Apply today and take the next step in your leadership career with MSI UK. For more information on the role, please refer to the following job description: Apply through our website
