  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating project resources in a matrix management environment.
  • Experience managing suppliers, vendors, implementation partners, consultants or contractors.
  • Experience supporting or establishing project governance, delivery controls, templates or project management methodology.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
  • Experience supporting business readiness, user adoption, training planning or transition to business-as-usual.
  • Experience producing high-quality written reports, project documentation, decision papers and presentations.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix management environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Ability to manage suppliers and hold partners accountable for delivery.
  • High attention to detail, especially in planning, documentation, reporting and quality assurance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
