Job description
Residential Team Leader at Sycamore Lodge Salary: £15.50 per hour Hours: 21 hours per week Shift Times: 20:00-08:00 (includes alternative weekends) Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Sycamore Lodge in Nailsea. The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia. Why Work at Shaw Healthcare? Job Responsibilities As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do.
