About the Role As a Research Manager in our Healthcare Syndicated team, youll be at the forefront of delivering groundbreaking insights in the cardio-renal metabolic field. Collaborate with global teams across the UK, US, and Malaysia to provide end-to-end research solutions. About You * Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research combined with a willingness to upskill on new approaches. * Strong interest in working in Cardio-renal metabolics, across a range of clients and indications * Enjoying the challenge of digging into the data to find the answers to clients key business questions * Ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships through delivery of excellent reports / presentations * Proven ability to manage standard quantitative and/or qualitative projects end-to-end, including questionnaire/study design, project processes, sampling, and analysis * Ability to lead complex multi-country / multi-wave studies with multiple subscribers * Experience of managing, developing and motivating team members * Solid research skills including questionnaire & study design, project processes, sampling and basic analytical techniques * Commercial outlook, understand client business and model our Client First behaviours * You should have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
