This is an opportunity for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a specialist market, develop strategic client partnerships and play a key role in the continued growth of the division.You'll operate a full 360 recruitment desk, managing both business development and candidate delivery across predominantly contract-based recruitment opportunities, alongside permanent appointments where required.

You'll build relationships with rail operators, bus companies, contractors and transport service providers, partnering with clients to understand their workforce challenges and deliver specialist recruitment solutions.The market provides access to a broad range of disciplines, including engineering, rolling stock, station management, customer service, facilities management and passenger services & presentation operations.

You'll have the opportunity to develop a recognised specialism, build a strong market reputation and become a trusted recruitment partner within the sector.Leadership & EnvironmentYou'll report into a high-performing Manager with nearly ten years' experience within the business, leading with high standards, clear expectations and a strong focus on performance.
