\nYou know what roof repairs are required before anyone else can even take a guess. Rotten battens, tired rafters, awkward slate, poor spacing, ageing tiles - you have seen it, fixed it and made the job safe for everyone else who follows.\n

\nThis is a chance to bring that experience into a growing residential renewables business where your roofing knowledge will genuinely shape the quality of every solar PV installation. You will not be treated as “just the roofer”. You will be the person trusted to assess, prepare and protect the roof before high-quality clean energy systems are installed.\n

What you’ll do\n
\n
\nAs a Roofer, you will work across domestic properties, supporting solar PV installations on a wide range of roof types. You will assess roof condition, identify issues before they become installation problems, carry out remedial roofing work, and make sure each project is completed safely, neatly and to a standard you are proud to put your name to.\n
\n
\nYou will be site-based Monday to Friday, travelling across Kent & Essex. You will work closely with installers, electricians and operations colleagues, helping the team deliver smooth, professional installations for homeowners.\n

You may be self-employed now and looking for more stability, or ready for a permanent role with clear progression into supervision, surveying or management as the business grows.\n
