The Opportunity
We are supporting our client inappointing an experienced Company Secretary to take ownership of companysecretarial services across a varied portfolio of entities.
This is an excellent opportunityfor someone who enjoys working with precision managing compliancerequirements and building strong working relationships with both internalstakeholders and clients. The role offers a high level of responsibility alongsideexposure to a broad range of corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities
ManageCompanies House administration including the preparation and submission ofConfirmation Statements and dormant accounts
Maintainstatutory registers and ensure company records are accurate and up to date
Draft boardminutes resolutions and supporting documentation
Handle shareallotments transfers and dividend documentation
Supportcompany incorporations and related filings
Manageregistered office correspondence and ensure timely responses
Oversee andutilise company secretarial software (e.g. Inform Direct)
Providehigh-quality administrative support across company secretarial activities
Ensurecompliance with corporate governance requirements and regulatory obligations
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
Provenexperience in a company secretarial or similar role
Strongunderstanding of Companies House processes and corporate governancerequirements
Excellentorganisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
High level ofaccuracy and attention to detail
Confidentcommunicator able to engage effectively with internal and externalstakeholders
Ability towork independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proactivereliable and solutions-focused approach
