Job description
Security Sales Executive - Security Manned Guarding- London or Remote A growing national security provider is searching for an experienced Security Sales Executive to help shape the next phase of their expansion. This is a senior, commercially influential role where you'll work directly with the leadership team, contribute to national strategy, and personally drive the growth of high‑value manned guarding contracts across the UK. Ideally, you will be based in London as there is a large growth potential in the area, however as this role is a national role that is remote, we will consider applications from people with good links into London like Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool etc. With nearly three decades of proven success behind them, the organisation has built long‑standing relationships with major public and private sector clients. They're now looking for someone who can take that reputation and turn it into sustained national growth. This isn't a standard sales role. You'll be a key voice in the business, influencing direction while building a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities, opening new markets and securing significant guarding and security solutions contracts. You'll lead business development activity, shape bids and proposals, and play a central part in driving long‑term commercial performance.
