Job description
Position : Project Architect Location: Wrexham Salary: Up to £55,000 Further Benefits To Be Discussed Our client is a well-established RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 100 years of industry experience, are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team in Wrexham.

Delivering innovative and technically driven designs across the UK, they work on a diverse portfolio of projects within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Development sectors, with project values ranging from approximately £250,000 to £15 million.

Our client is receptive in their search so would consider a Senior Architect also.

- Overview Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.

Deliver technically focused projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential development sectors.

Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.

Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.

Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from approximately £250k to £15 million.

Collaborate within a friendly, multidisciplinary team in a highly technical and supportive office environment.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the architectural team.

Project Architect
- Requirements Experience independently running projects.

3 years post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.

Good knowledge of Revit Strong technical and detailing ability.

Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.

Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential development sectors would be beneficial.

Ability to mentor and support junior team members. xwwtmva
