At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, weve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. Were not just creating cookware; were creating moments that last a lifetime. If youre inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, wed love to welcome you into our story.

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

As Commercial Marketing Manager, you'll be the chef bringing Le Creuset's commercial marketing recipe to life. Responsible for the execution, coordination and continuous optimisation of commercial marketing activity, you'll ensure every customer touchpoint is prepared and served to the highest possible standard across our Own Retail boutiques and key retail partners, including John Lewis Partnership and Harrods.

A key ingredient of the role is helping establish Own Retail as one of Le Creuset's most inspiring brand experience channels. From in-store marketing and retail theatre to experiential activations, point-of-sale materials and customer engagement programmes, you'll blend creativity, organisation and commercial focus to create memorable experiences that delight customers and drive performance.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Retail and Commercial, you'll take strategic direction and transform it into flawless execution, ensuring campaigns launch on time, in the right place and with maximum impact. Like any great chef, you'll pay close attention to every detail, ensuring consistency, quality and excellence across every channel.

Through a combination of strong project management, collaboration and a passion for premium retail experiences, you'll help strengthen brand engagement, increase customer loyalty and contribute to the continued growth of one of the world's most loved cookware brands.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

Whats on your Daily Menu:

Bringing Our Boutiques to Life:

Serving up engaging retail campaigns that transform browsing shoppers into loyal Le Creuset enthusiasts through meaningful and memorable experiences.

Bringing our experiential retail strategy to life through hands-on activations, from live cooking demonstrations and skills workshops to exclusive tasting events and VIP experiences.

Partnering with Retail Area Managers to deliver a calendar of in-store, virtual and destination events that inspire customers and drive footfall.

Creating seamless customer journeys that connect activity across stores, digital channels and wider marketing campaigns.

Working closely with our Visual Merchandising teams to continuously refine and elevate the in-store experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium brand standards.

Developing thoughtful gifting, personalisation and aftercare experiences that add an extra sprinkle of delight and encourage long-term loyalty.

Supporting the launch of new boutiques and pop-up locations by helping embed them within their local communities and lifestyle networks.

Executing Wholesale Marketing Activations:

Delivering marketing campaigns and activations for key retail partners, ensuring all activity is executed on time and to the highest standard.

Managing point-of-sale programmes across both wholesale and own retail channels, ensuring stores are equipped with the right materials at the right time.

Working closely with agencies and suppliers to manage POS production, stock levels, distribution and budgets effectively.

Supporting seasonal campaigns, exclusive launches and customer-specific brand moments that elevate Le Creuset's presence within retail partner environments.

Building strong relationships with store teams and proactively resolving operational challenges to maintain consistency and excellence.

Delivering Exceptional Events & Experiences:

Coordinating the logistics, materials and execution of in-store events, festivals, trade shows and brand activations.

Supporting destination events and partnerships that introduce new audiences to the Le Creuset experience.

Ensuring every event is beautifully presented, well organised and delivered in line with both brand and operational standards.

Gathering feedback, insights and learnings that can be used to make future events even more successful.

Measuring Success:

Tracking campaign performance through key commercial metrics such as footfall, engagement, conversion and sell-through.

Producing campaign reports and post-event reviews to understand what worked well and where opportunities exist.

Identifying ways to improve execution, increase efficiency and enhance future customer experiences.

Keeping close to trading performance and sharing valuable insights with the wider marketing team.

Collaborating Across the Business:

Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Retail, Sales, Category Merchandising and European Centre of Excellence teams to ensure smooth delivery of activity.

Translating campaign plans into clear, engaging messaging that helps retail teams confidently tell the Le Creuset story.

Contributing ideas and insights that help improve ways of working and strengthen collaboration across teams.

Spending time within our store network to build relationships, understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities to elevate the retail experience.

Whats on your Seasonal Menu:

These duties appear when the business recipe calls for something special:

Planning Signature Campaigns & Retail Experiences:

Helping shape and deliver seasonal retail marketing programmes that align with key business priorities and trading moments.

Supporting the development of experiential concepts that make Le Creuset boutiques must-visit destinations for food lovers and home cooks alike.

Identifying opportunities to collaborate with premium food brands, luxury hospitality partners, culinary schools and local artisans to create unique customer experiences.

Contributing to the ongoing evolution of our boutique experience, ensuring we continue to surprise and delight our customers.

Conferences, Trade Shows & Brand Showcases:

Supporting the planning and delivery of sales and marketing conferences that engage, inspire and connect teams.

Assisting with the setup and execution of trade shows and product showcases, ensuring compelling brand storytelling throughout.

Helping bring new product launches and seasonal campaigns to life through engaging customer experiences and retail theatre.

Budget & Supplier Management:

Managing elements of the Commercial Marketing budget, ensuring activity is delivered efficiently and in line with agreed investment plans.

Overseeing supplier onboarding, invoice processing and ongoing supplier relationships to ensure smooth operational delivery.

Ensuring commercial marketing activity delivers strong value and supports agreed performance objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Growth:

Supporting the development of new processes, toolkits and ways of working that improve efficiency and execution.

Sharing insights from retail and wholesale activity to help shape future commercial marketing plans.

Building strong, collaborative relationships across teams to ensure Le Creuset continues to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Bringing fresh ideas and new inspiration to the table to keep our marketing as innovative as the cookware we're famous for.

The Perfect Blend: What Were Looking For

Your Flavour Profile (Behaviours & Traits):

A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams, agencies, suppliers and retail partners.

Proactive and solutions-oriented, always ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

Commercially minded, able to balance creativity with results and understand what drives retail performance.

Adaptable and energetic, thriving in a fast-paced environment where no two days look quite the same.

Curious and innovative, always on the lookout for fresh ideas, emerging trends and new ways to engage customers.

Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and comfortable influencing others to achieve shared goals.

Passionate about premium brands and creating experiences that transform stores from places to shop into destinations customers want to visit again and again.

Skills & Qualifications - Essential Ingredients:

Proven experience in Retail Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activation or a related discipline within a premium, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer-facing brand.

A strong track record of planning and delivering in-store campaigns, customer events, experiential activations and engagement programmes that drive brand awareness, footfall and loyalty.

Experience creating premium retail experiences, including retail theatre, visual merchandising initiatives, launch events and customer-focused activations.

Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and operational teams to deliver high-quality marketing activity on time and within budget.

Strong commercial awareness and experience measuring success through key retail metrics, using data and insights to continuously improve performance.

An understanding of direct-to-consumer retail environments and a passion for creating memorable customer journeys from first interaction through to purchase and beyond.
