Job description
Unqualified Teacher – Secondary School | Horsham Area Start Date: September 2026 Location: Horsham Pay: £110 per day Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm Contract: Full-time or Ad Hoc/Flexible Are you confident leading a classroom and looking to gain valuable experience in secondary education? We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teachers to work in a secondary school in the Horsham area. Whether you're looking for full-time work or flexible day-to-day assignments, this is an excellent opportunity to build your classroom experience while making a positive impact on students. The Role As an Unqualified Teacher, you will: * Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. * Lead and manage classes of secondary-aged students. * Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. * Follow school behaviour policies and ensure students remain engaged. * Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each day. What We're Looking For * Experience leading or managing a classroom or groups of young people. * Confident communication and strong classroom management skills. * A positive, adaptable and professional attitude. * Ability to work independently and follow lesson plans. * A passion for supporting young people's learning and development.
