Job description
To manage and lead a secretarial and administration team to provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to both internal and external clients to ensure the smooth running of the firm.


About the role


  • Lead and manage the secretarial team to enable high performance
  • Allocate delegate and balance workloads in line with capability and capacity
  • Ensure appropriate cover including holiday planning
  • Act as first point of contact for office and administrative matters
  • Attend and coordinate operational and service line meetings
  • Ensure efficient administrative processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead manage and support the administration team to ensure the efficient daytoday running of the office/service line
  • Allocate and prioritise workloads taking into account team members skills experience and capacity
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure administrative support meets the needs of internal and external clients
  • Liaise with partners managers and technical teams to support workflow planning and deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
  • Support recruitment induction training and ongoing development of administration staff
  • Maintaining and supporting facilities supervisor regarding landlords and tenants of buildings
