Who you are * You bring experience,interestand knowledge in areas such as talent, succession, leadership development, earlycareersand assessment. * You bring strong partnering skills to build effective relationships across theorganisation, understand priorities quickly and work collaboratively in a complex environment * You have experience supporting or coordinating programmes or cycles, with strong organisation and outcome focus. * You are comfortable turning ideas or requirements into clear, user-friendly materials or experiences. * You manage multiple priorities effectively andmaintainquality in a fast-paced environment. * You use data and feedback to understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.
