Job description

About the Role

Join us as a Service Administrator in North Somerset.

Our North Somerset Administration team are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to work in our Weston-Super-Mare office. You will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the wider team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential, and you pride yourself on great organisational skills, have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a methodical approach, and a ‘can do’ attitude, then we would love to hear from you.

As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Find out more about us on our website.

Please refer to the Job Description to support your application.

The closing date for applications is the 22nd August 2026. Please note: This role may close earlier than the stated deadline if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Job Opportunity

You will undertake a full range of administrative duties in accordance with the running of a busy office, so this role is pivotal to the smooth running of our Admin service. This is a full-time role based in Weston-Super-Mare, although you may be asked to visit other sites from time to time to support your colleagues in the wider Administration team. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.

We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of North Somersets most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work alongside in-house services which include prescribing and clinical, outreach, hospital and adult community and a residential rehabilitation facility.

WithYou is all about working with our clients to find the right path for them to get back to where they want to be, and you will be joining an amazing team of people who go the extra mile to make that happen. Working within one of our services is always busy, sometimes challenging but always rewarding. We work collaboratively to provide the best support and treatment to anyone who needs it, so why don't you apply to be part of something great!

The role is fixed term until 31/03/2028 and full time working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, including Wednesday evenings. The salary for this position is £26,250 per annum.

In North Somerset, you’ll be part of a dedicated local team supporting people across our communities to make positive, lasting changes. At WithYou, we’re committed to supporting our staff just as much as the people we work alongside. You’ll have access to a supportive and inclusive team environment and a range of wellbeing benefits to help you thrive both professionally and personally.
