Role Purpose : Join the team at Darwin Brasserie, our stunning rooftop restaurant at Sky Garden, where exceptional dining meets breathtaking views across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic Bartender to be part of one of London's most iconic hospitality destinations, delivering outstanding service within a high volume, quality driven restaurant operation. *What you will be doing* * Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards * Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests * Making beverage recommendations and confidently sharing product knowledge * Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar *What we are looking for* * Previous bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverage service desirable * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within hospitality *Good to know* This role pays up to 15.71 per hour and offers excellent benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.
