Operations Manager
Location: Stafford areaSalary: £40,000 – £42,000 + bonus (c. £5,000)Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday early finishFull-time, Permanent

The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the stores function. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll drive efficiencies, implement change, and develop a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading both people and process improvements.
