This Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship allows you to learn on the job, gain industry qualifications, and develop real workplace skills all while getting paid. This is mo re than a job its a structured pathway to becoming a qualified Pharmacy Technician. This is a ? About the Apprenticeship a two-year, full-time Pharmacy Services Level 3 apprenticeship delivered in partnership with Belfast Met. It combines structured college learning with hands-on experience in a busy pharmacy environment. You wi ll work alongside experienced pharmacy professionals while developing the technical knowledge, confidence, and professional behaviours required to succeed in the pharmacy sector. Succe ssful completion leads to: Anationally recognised Level 3 qualification E ligibility for professional registration as a Pharmacy Technician Strong foundations for career progression within pharmacy T ?? What Youll Learn Throughout the programme, you will develop the practical and professional skills required to perform safely and effectively in a pharmacy setting, including : Dispensing and pharmaceutical procedur es Patient care and pharmacy operati ons Professional attitudes and workplace behavi ours Communication and tea mwork Organisation and time mana gement Regulatory and industry kn nowledge You will complete the Level 3 Pharmacy Services qualification alongside essential skills training, supported both in college and in the w ?? Work Placement Pathway workplace. This apprenticeship follows the community pharmacy pathway. Applicants must secure employment within a community pharmacy in Northern Ireland prior to starting th e programme. The r ole includes: A minimum of 21 hours employment per week in a comm unity pharmacy One day per week day-release lear ning at college Workplace mentoring and college support ensure you gain real-world competence alongside aca ?? Workplace Experience at McKeevers Chemists cademic knowledge. At McKeevers Chemists, learning is hands-on. You will be supported by experienced colleagues whowill mentor you in: Delivering excellent patie nt and customer care Maintaining profession al pharmacy standards Safe and respons ible working practices Building confidence in a fast-paced d healthcare environment We focus on developing not only skills but the professional mindset need ? Eligibility eded for long-term success. This apprenticeship is suitable for individuals entering the pharmacy sector or progressing into a Pharmacy Techn ician role.
