Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Stock Controller to join our St Pancras team on a 40-hour contract. Responsible for the accurate reporting of stock, ensuring a continuous product flow to the shop floor, and replenishing shelves and displays, we're looking for an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach. Passion for product and a hunger to learn are essential, as you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining a diverse range of stock across the store.

What You'll Do:
Receive, check and process deliveries accurately and efficiently
Work closely with the shop floor team to ensure timely stock replenishment
Maintain accurate stock records and support stock counting activities
Ensure stock rooms remain organised, safe and compliant
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies promptly
Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience through excellent product availability
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a stock control, replenishment or warehouse role
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately with stock management processes
A proactive and organised approach with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A friendly, approachable manner and willingness to support colleagues across the store
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, early mornings and late finishes
