\nThis role is ideal for students studying Nursing, Medicine, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Paramedic Science, Psychology, or any Health and Social Care-related course, offering valuable hands-on experience alongside your studies.
\nWith flexible shifts available, you can work during evenings, weekends, university holidays, half terms, or whenever you're home from studying.

\nAs a Flexible Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living in either:
\nOur Supported Living services, within the community, or in our Independent Living Hubs.
\nWe support Swindon and the local area.
\nYou'll promote independence and support people to live fulfilling lives within their own homes.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\nCommunity Supported Living & Independent Living Hubs
\nOur Community Supported Living services support people within their own homes across the local community.
\nOur Independent Living Hubs support individuals living in their own flats within a residential building, where care is delivered on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll move between flats within the same building, making Hub-based roles ideal for those who do not drive.
