Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Bourne & Surrounding Areas
Location: Bourne, Stamford, Market Deeping, Deeping St James, Spalding, Billingborough, Morton, Corby Glen, Thurlby and surrounding areas.
Pay: £110 - £130 per day (depending on experience and placement)
Contract Types: Flexible Day-to-Day | Long-Term | Full-Time | Part-Time

Mana Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of welcoming secondary schools across Bourne and the surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with relevant experience working with young people, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor you will:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials in the teacher's absence
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally
Encourage students to remain engaged with their learning
Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
Build experience in a range of local secondary schools
No planning or marking is normally required, allowing you to focus on supporting pupils and maintaining high classroom standards.
✅ What We're Looking For
✔️ Relevant experience in UK schools or experience working with secondary-aged children or young people
Confident communication and classroom management skills
A calm, professional and reliable approach
A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed
Own transport is advantageous but not essential
