A well-established and growing design studio in North Birmingham is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their close-knit team. If you're technically strong and want to work on commercial, mixed-use and high-end residential projects, this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with architects, engineers and consultants
Delivering technical packages for steel frame, RC and traditional builds
Leading on below-ground detailing, including basements
Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations
Supporting projects through to site and build stage
What we're looking for
Strong background in RC, steel frame and basement construction
Solid working knowledge of Building Regs
Confident using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
