Job description
Recruit4Staff is proud to be working with their client, a leading UK designer & manufacturer, in their search for a permanent Electrical Site Manager to work in their Shropshire head office.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

What our client is offering for the successful Electrical Site Manager:
Salary: Up to £63,690 (Depending on experience)
Hours of work: 8:00am – 5pm Monday to Friday but flexibility daily is required
Permanent position
25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Vehicle (With access to a private usage policy)

Door-to-door payment system
Attractive overtime package, potential earnings of £70,000 per annum
Out of Town allowance
The Role - Electrical Site Manager:

Oversee and manage all electrical works on site
Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
Reviewing and approving RAMS
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Maintain site documentation and reports
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades
Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
Assist engineers onsite

What our client is looking for in an Electrical Site Manager:

Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager- ESSENTIAL
ECS Card- ESSENTIAL
Valid SMSTS certification - ESSENTIAL
Valid First Aid certification - ESSENTIAL
Must be happy to be hands on, not an office based role, this is a site based role
C&G 2382 (18th edition)- ESSENTIAL
Full Valid Driving License- ESSENTIAL
Work could be based anywhere in the UK, so the ability to travel and stay away from home weekly is essential. xwwtmva
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage programmes and site logistics effectively
Key skills or similar Job titles as the Electrical Site Manager:

Electrical Site Manager, Site Manager, Electrical Contract Manager, Electrical Supervisor, Site Foreman / Electrical Foreman
The Electrical Site Manager position is commutable from:
