Summary:
The ICT Service Delivery Manager will lead the operational delivery of ICT services ensuring high levels of system availability performance security and customer satisfaction. The role will oversee ICT operations manage key projects and provide leadership across ICT functions while supporting organisational transformation and Local Government Reorganisation initiatives.
