The Collector’s Hall – Glasgow’s most exciting new event space – is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Conference and Events Bar Supervisor to join our team. Located in the beautifully restored Parish Halls and part of the iconic Love Loan development, The Collector’s Hall blends historic charm with sleek, modern design. Launched n Summer 2025, this stunning venue will be the backdrop for unforgettable weddings, inspiring meetings, and landmark private events – right in the heart of Glasgow.

As a Bar Supervisor at Collector's Hall, your duties will include:
Serving a range of beverages including wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails with professionalism and care.
Engaging warmly with guests and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
Take responsibility for the setup and close-down of the bar for each shift.
Following health & safety and licensing requirements.
Supervise the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Taking pride in maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Previous bar or hospitality experience.
