Attenborough Surgery is a long established, award winning, forward thinking GP practice. We have a practice list size approximately 33,000 patients and are based over 4 surgery sites within 15 minutes drive of each other, serving the population of Bushey and Watford. We are <5 minutes drive from Junction 5 of the M1. We are a single practice Primary Care Network and a well-established training practice, respected for our collaborative working, training, teaching, and personal development.

Attenborough Surgery is a long established, award-winning, forward-thinking GP practice. We have a practice list size approximately 33,000 patients and are based over 4 surgery sites within 15 minute drive of each other, serving the population of Bushey and Watford. We are <5 minute drive from Junction 5 of the M1. We are a single practice Primary Care Network and a well-established training practice, respected for our collaborative working, training, teaching, and personal development.
We hold weekly lunchtime in house training session, and 11am huddle each day. There are many teaching opportunities with GP trainees and Cambridge Medical Students. Portfolio careers supported.
We have a diverse team of clinicians including first contact physio who can inject, large pharmacy team, paramedics team to support duty doctor, In house dietitian and social prescriber, and an award-winning in house first contact mental health worker.
Pay scale - £11,440 per session per annum
Hours 6 - 8 sessions per week which are:
- Monday AM & PM Bushey
- Wednesday AM & PM Hollywell branch
- Friday AM Hollywell & PM (unless DD then Bushey 1 in 3 or 1 in 4)
- If eight sessions Tuesday AM & PM Bushey
2.5 hour surgery lengths
6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro rata

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bushey & Holywell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
