We are seeking ambitious and customer-orientated individuals to join our team as an Account Manager, specialising in the delivery of first-class recruitment services to our customers.

About the role:
\n
\n - £28,000 - £31,000 + Quarterly Bonus
\n - 35 Hours per week! 07:15 - 16:15 during term-time. Flexible working pattern (4 hours per day) on a shift basis between 09:00-17:00 during school holidays.
\n - Recruitment Account Management - managing and delivering into MSP Accounts across designated Trust/Schools - demonstrating excellent client engagement, management and candidate atrraction strategies.
\n - NO COLD-CALLING / No Cold Business Development!
\n - Working across large-scale accounts providing exceptional customer service and developing long-lasting relationships with our customers.
\n - Previous experience in Recruitment is not essential, but is preferable, however, we provide Industry-leading training and development as part of this role.
\n - Clear and defined career pathways for progression, with the opportunity to be promoted every 6 months!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Effective client engagement and management in relation to vacancy requirements and fulfillment.
\n - Developing long-lasting client realtionships to support recruitment delivery.
\n - Working with our Candidate Team to source, manage and place candidates into new roles.
\n - Working to targets and SLAs to ensure that all vacancy requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timescales.
\n - Managing client and candidate escalations.
\n - Providing expert insight into the wider eduation market and provide hiring market insights to schools and trusts across the accounts you manage.
\n - Ensure that direct-fill and overall fulfillment targets are achieved on your account.
\n - Prove excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
\n - Work to and achieve KPIs.
\n - Work collaboratively with your colleagues and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude to work - with proactivity, tenacity and initiative.

What you will need to succeed:

\n - Ideally previous experience within a recruitment OR customer orientated role - demonstrating your passion to deliver excellent services and to build long-lasting relationships.
\n - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
\n - Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
