Job description
A well-established multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join its Bromley office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong presence in the public sector, delivering a varied workload across education, residential and civic projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team. Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Overview

Deliver building surveying and project management instructions from cradle to grave Manage a diverse portfolio of public sector, residential and education projects Build and maintain strong client relationships Oversee contract administration and project delivery Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Requirements
