Job description
FORE! is a brand-new premium indoor golf and social venue combining state-of-the-art TrackMan golf simulators, a stylish cocktail bar, artisan pizzas, live sport and an unforgettable customer experience. We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our venue from launch and help build one of the best golf entertainment venues in the UK. This isn't just another hospitality management role. We're looking for someone who thrives on creating incredible experiences, leading high-performing teams and treating the business as if it were their own. We are keen to hear from applicants who have a passion for the game, but this is not essential. The Role As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while delivering excellent financial performance. You will recruit, train and inspire your team, oversee food and beverage operations, manage staffing and rotas, maintain high standards throughout the venue and drive sales through events, leagues and local partnerships.
