The role
The Early Years Teaching Assistant works in partnership with the class teacher to support high-quality education and care for children aged 2-5 years old. The role involves nurturing children's wellbeing, supporting play-based learning, promoting early language development, and ensuring a safe, stimulating and caring environment where every child can thrive.
