The Opportunity As a Family Paralegal, you will play an integral role in supporting the team on a wide variety of matters, including: * Divorce and separation * Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements * Domestic abuse cases * General family law advisory work Working closely with fee earners at all levels, your responsibilities will include: * Managing client correspondence and maintaining files * Drafting legal documents, court forms and witness statements * Preparing court bundles and supporting litigation processes * Conducting legal and factual research * Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and other third parties * Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes * Assisting with the day-to-day management of cases * Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures About You We are looking for an individual who combines strong academic credentials with a genuine interest in Family Law.
