Description
- Manage residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Provide legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct property searches and review title deeds.
- Handle post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty.
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have:
- Qualified solicitor status with at least 5 years pqe in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
