Job summary
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join the North Devon Critical Care team. This role is ideal for a Band 5 Staff Nurse who is looking to develop both clinically and professionally within a supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking environment.

North Devon Critical Care is an 8-bedded mixed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Dependency Unit (HDU), delivering high-quality care to patients with a diverse range of medical and surgical conditions. The unit provides both planned post-operative care and emergency critical care services, offering a varied, challenging, and rewarding clinical experience.

Education and professional development are at the heart of our service. We are committed to supporting our staff through comprehensive education programmes and structured development pathways. Our dedicated Critical Care Education Team provides tailored support to help nurses at every stage of their career gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in critical care practice.

We currently have substantive positions available and invite enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate nurses to join our team.
