Serve as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication and exceptional client service.

Lead client and internal project meetings, documenting actions and ensuring timely follow-up.

Ensure quality assurance processes are completed across all project deliverables.

Conduct project reviews and debriefs to drive continuous improvement.

Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Monitor project scope and identify opportunities for additional work or scope changes.

Track project time against approved budgets.

Escalate financial risks where appropriate and help maintain project profitability.

Team Collaboration:

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
