This is a key senior leadership role for an individual with a strong academic background and proven experience in leading academic operations within an international school setting, particularly across the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes). A recognized teaching qualification and a Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Must be a UK-qualified educator with senior leadership experience.
Strong experience in a senior academic leadership role (e.g. Head of Secondary, Deputy Principal, Academic Director)
Extensive experience with the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE, AS & A Levels)
Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and teaching quality
Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
International school experience preferred
