Are you a Project Manager with mechanical HVAC experience in commercial environments, looking for a varied role managing multiple M&E projects from initial specification through to completion?
\nOn offer is a permanent position where you will oversee technical building services projects across London and the Home Counties, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
\nIn this role, you will manage multiple M&E projects at the same time, taking responsibility for identifying works, specifying requirements, tendering, managing subcontractors, reviewing budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also manage commercial risk, provide financial updates, and ensure projects are delivered in line with QSHE requirements.
\nThis role would suit a Project Manager with a mechanical HVAC background, experience delivering commercial M&E projects, and the ability to manage clients, subcontractors, budgets, and project delivery across multiple sites.
