Job description
SHREWSBURY, UK (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week) A benchmarked salary between £27,820 to £32,820. Your salary level is determined by skills and experience within our progression framework. ROLE OVERVIEW Were looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Coordinator to support Crouds compliance and governance activities. Working closely with our Director of Compliance, Compliance Manager and Head of Legal, youll help ensure supplier onboarding, compliance administration and governance processes run smoothly, enabling the wider team to focus on strategic compliance initiatives including ISO27001, AI governance and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, documentation and multiple stakeholders, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality work. RESPONSIBILITIES Supplier & Third Party Governance * Coordinate the supplier onboarding process from initial request through to approval * Track supplier due diligence activities and ensure required documentation is completed * Liaise with Finance, IT, Legal and business stakeholders to progress onboarding requests * Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation Compliance Operations * Support the day-to-day administration of the Compliance function * Maintain compliance registers, trackers and internal records * Monitor shared inboxes and coordinate incoming requests * Produce regular reporting on compliance activities and KPIs Process Improvement * Help develop guidance, templates and documentation * Support automation initiatives where appropriate Governance Support * Assist with internal audits and evidence gathering * Support ISO27001 activities and ongoing certification requirements * Support due diligence requests from clients * Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and intranet content PERSON SPECIFICATION * Strong attention to detail * Able to manage multiple competing priorities * Comfortable working with systems, trackers and documentation * Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues * Strong research skills to stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and developments that could affect the businesss operations * Exceptional administrative, time management, and prioritisation skills to support the above responsibilities COMPANY BENEFITS Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
