At S5 Agency World, we're looking for a Global Port Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and enjoys making things happen. Every day you'll coordinate vessel port calls across the globe, connecting clients, local agents and colleagues around the world to ensure every port call runs safely, efficiently and commercially.
No two days are the same. One moment you're coordinating a tanker in Rotterdam, the next you're supporting a vessel in Norway or ensuring funding is in place for a call in Germany. If you love solving puzzles, working with people across different cultures and keeping operations moving, this could be your next challenge.
What you'll be doing
You'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating multiple vessel calls simultaneously through S5's global network.

You'll probably have:
Experience in shipping, port agency or vessel operations
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills
Commercial awareness
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
