Manpower is currently seeking an interim Distribution Centre Team Leader, to work with our client who is renowned for over 130 years of commitment to improving global health and well-being, and become an integral part of their fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-paced distribution environment, with the potential for the role to be extended beyond the initial contract period based on business needs.

The position is based in Tingley, Leeds and offers a competitive salary. This is a full-time role for an initial 12-month period. With the business entering an exciting new phase of growth and development, there is a strong possibility that the role will be extended beyond this term for the right candidate. The role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This role would be particularly well suited to an experienced Supervisor, FLM, Shift Manager or Team Leader looking to further develop their leadership career within a highly regulated and customer-focused environment.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Distribution Team Leader to join our fast-paced outbound operation. In this critical role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfilment of medical device orders that directly impact patient care.
This is more than a logistics role – it is about delivering for patients and customers, every time. You will play a key role in driving service excellence, ensuring high-quality standards, and building a high-performing team culture.
