The Role
We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware People Advisor to join our People team on a fixed-term basis, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER).
This is a hands-on, advisory role where you'll partner closely with operational Heads of Department and Managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance while driving a consistent, best-practice approach to people management.
You'll play a key role in managing ER cases, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to wider HR projects - helping to continuously enhance the employee experience across the group.
