This is an opportunity to join a fast growing media and analytics business that is investing heavily in its UK data capability. As a Junior Manager within Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive client performance, working on impactful dashboarding and reporting solutions that influence real business decisions.

After building a large data function internationally, they are now investing in a UK based team and looking for individuals who can help establish and scale this capability locally. You will join at an exciting point in their growth journey, with real scope to shape how the function develops.
The Role
You will sit within the Business Intelligence team, supporting the delivery and evolution of reporting and dashboarding solutions across a range of client projects.
- Review existing dashboards and reporting products, identifying opportunities to improve structure, quality and scalability
Build new dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and Data Studio
Support onboarding of new client projects, ensuring data flows and reporting frameworks are set up effectively
Work with marketing performance data including clicks, impressions, conversions and wider business metrics
Enhance templating approaches and explore more advanced capabilities such as forecasting
Integrate broader client data sources to deliver more holistic insights
Deliver high quality, client ready outputs and present insights clearly to stakeholders
Contribute to the growth of the BI function and support best practice development
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in business intelligence, reporting or analytics within a marketing or digital environment
Experience with Looker Studio/Data Studio is a must
Hands on experience with Power BI
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets, ideally within BigQuery
Experience working with marketing or performance data and translating this into actionable insight
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder requests simultaneously
Clear communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non technical audiences
Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with evidence xwwtmva of applying or exploring this in personal or professional projects
Experience with Python or R is advantageous
