More about your role:?

We are looking to recruit aMaintenanceEngineerPlumberon a permanent basis. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support the upkeep of our student accommodation sites, ensuring all plumbing maintenance is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

On a daily basis, you willbe responsible forcompletingplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)and responding to reactive plumbing issues, ensuring all works are completed in line with performance requirements and service standards.

This role is5 days a week on site with working hours of 9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch.

More about you:?

The successful candidate will have experience in a plumbing maintenance role andpossessthe relevant 'llbe a proactive problem solver with a strong customer focus and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have:?

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

• 
  
• Experience in maintenance plumbing (commercial/FM preferred)

• 
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• 
  
• Knowledge of water systems,drainageand pipework

• 
  
• Good communicationand customer service skills

Desirable: experience with heating systems, Gas Safe registration, or experience within student accommodation or facilities management.
