This opportunity plays a key role in maintaining and improving a wide range of properties, including historic buildings, commercial premises, industrial units, agricultural buildings and estate infrastructure.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Northumberland's leading landed estates in a varied role that combines project coordination, contractor management and property compliance.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating and delivering planned and reactive property maintenance
Managing contractors and overseeing small refurbishment projects
Inspecting properties and developing preventative maintenance programmes
Supporting property compliance, maintenance records and tenant matters
About you:
- Experience in property, facilities or estate maintenance
Excellent people skills with a solution focused attitude
Experience managing contractors or maintenance xwwtmva teams
Organised, proactive and able to work independently
Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence
