Location: London
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 + £350 per month car allowance.
Primary Purpose of the Position:
The role requires flexibility to respond to operational needs and occasional out-of-hours support when required. Reporting:
- Reporting directly to the ROM (Regional Operations Manager)
Main Duties of the Position:
- Respond to all client concerns quickly and professionally
Recruitment
Provide support to improve performance
Managing poor performance effectively and within company policies/procedures
Work alongside HR where necessary to provide support with employee relations and HR disciplinary procedures
Ensure there is a visible presence on-site at all times
Audits/Payroll timesheets
Health and Safety checks and training
Ensure monthly site budgets are met
Order consumables and materials for sites via the online system
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A positive hands-on approach with the ability to multitask.
Organised with a 'can do' attitude
Maintain consistency under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to travel regularly between multiple client sites across the region. A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be beneficial for this role.
Candidates must be able to satisfy client security vetting requirements, which may include residency checks and background screening.
Other Information:
- Experience managing operations within a multi-site, customer-focused environment such as facilities management, hospitality, retail, logistics, healthcare, or similar sectors.
The role includes a rota covering occasional evenings, weekends, and bank holiday periods, with advance notice provided wherever possible.
Proven attention to detail and commitment to excellence in service standards is essential
Experience managing budgets and understanding financial performance indicators is desirable.
