Job Title: People Partner

Working Pattern: 3 days in office
I'm partnering with one of the UK's leading AI biotech scale-ups, applying frontier AI to transform how we discover drugs and revolutionise the development of new medicines. Following a huge $2bn funding round, they're entering a significant new phase of growth, investing heavily across engineering, research and their People function.

As a People Partner, you'll report to a well-respected Senior People Partner, supporting leaders across a rapidly scaling business while developing your own partnering capability within a high-performing People team. You'll operate at the intersection of commercial growth and employee experience, coaching managers, influencing decisions and helping shape how the business scales.
You'll partner with managers across the full employee lifecycle, contribute to strategic People initiatives and work alongside senior stakeholders, all while learning from experienced People leaders who are passionate about your development.
