The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven teaching and/or leadership experience at middle school level
• Strong familiarity with the American Curriculum and its implementation
• Prior teaching or leadership experience in the Gulf Region is highly advantageous
• Professional qualifications already attested for use in the UAE
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and staff
