An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded Legal 150 firm, based in their Nottingham office, with paid parking!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised legal secretary with a background in litigation who is looking to join a supportive and collaborative firm with excellent development opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting the Litigation team, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to ensure matters are managed efficiently while delivering an excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
Prepare, format and amend legal documents, correspondence and court documentation
Manage fee earners’ diaries, appointments and meetings
Liaise confidently with clients, courts and third parties via telephone, email and post
Open, maintain and close client files in line with firm procedures
Assist with document management, scanning, filing and general administration
Support with billing processes, file management and wider departmental tasks
Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures
About You:
Are you an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to fee earners and clients? xwwtmva
You will have:
- Previous litigation legal secretarial experience (essential)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
The ability to work effectively to deadlines while maintaining a professional approach
A proactive, reliable and client-focused attitude
