Job description
Cluster HR Executive (Maternity Cover) What Youll Be Doing As our Cluster HR Executive, youll play a key role in supporting our teams and leaders by: * Managing Employee Relations cases and providing practical HR guidance and support. * Supporting and enhancing our Learning & Development strategy. * Designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops. * Coaching and supporting Heads of Department on employee relations matters. * Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation and company policies. * Promoting a culture of coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement. * Driving employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes. * Supporting talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies. * Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments. * Leading by example and making confident, sound decisions in a busy and dynamic environment What Were Looking For The ideal candidate will have: * Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice. * Previous experience in a generalist HR role with Employee Relations expertise. * Experience researching, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures. * A proven ability to create and deliver training content. * Previous people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop others. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. * A professional, personable, and highly confidential approach. * Hospitality or retail experience is desirable but not essential. * A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for people.
