Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years educator looking for an exciting international teaching opportunity in Thailand?

Overview

The Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher plays a key role in delivering a high-quality Early Years education within a bilingual, internationally focused learning environment. This position involves creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where young learners can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum framework

  • Foster early literacy, numeracy, and social development skills

  • Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development

  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues within the Global Immersion Program

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (British curriculum background preferred)

  • Minimum 1 year of Kindergarten / Early Years teaching experience

  • Qualified Early Childhood educator

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Patient, warm, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children

  • Adaptable and culturally sensitive within an international school environment

  • Available to start October 2026
